• One of the most popular real estate sites is ingatlan.com. Unfortunately, there is no English version to the website but there is an automatic translation function in, for example, Google Chrome. The page has a free ad monitoring feature, and by signing up to this, they send you daily updates of newly uploaded listings that match your interests. The site also has an app for Android phones. https://ingatlan.com/ 
• Költözzbe also offers an ad monitoring function and has phone app but it does not have English functions either. This site focuses on map search, so the exact locations of the properties are shown on a map. https://koltozzbe.hu/ 
• Another marketplace website is Jófogás – you can often find lower price accommodation.  https://ingatlan.jofogas.hu/magyarorszag/ingatlan 
• Alberlet.hu is another useful website, and it does have an English language option. https://www.alberlet.hu/ 

Facebook Groups

And, of course, you can search for accommodation using Facebook groups or Facebook Marketplace. However, since these are not regulated by housing agencies, one has to be careful with scams. The following Facebook groups are some of the most popular ones to find an apartment:
