The employment contract must be in written form and by signing it the parties (employee and employer)
The employer and employee must agree on 2 details:
the employee's basic salary
the job title
If it is not agreed in the contract otherwise the employment is considered
as a full time job (40 hours a day)
the place of work is the regular place of work of the employee
It is considered as a permanent employment
The notice period is 30 days
The parties can agree on any other details that are not against the Labor Law of Hungary
Term of the employment:
Fixed term employment: the duration of the employment is detailed in the contract. fAixed-term employment relationship may be extended but it must not be longer than 5 years. Indefinite period (permanent employment)
