Hungarian Labor Code

The Labor Code sets some universal rules that all employers have to respect, set rules that are valid if not agreed otherwise and areas where employers can define new rules if set in the contract. 

It details the employment relationship, the employment contract, rules about cessation and termination of employment relationships, working time and rest period, renumeration for work, employers liability for damages, special working relationships such as teleworking and temporary work, work councils and trade unions and what to do in case of working right violations.
